The refined acoustic baffling helps to generate smooth and even coverage with no diffraction. Listening comfort and gain before feedback is excellent, even in near-field applications. The external ergonomics of the MX0 are extremely refined for ease of installation in any environment. It may simply be placed on a suitable surface, stand-mounted or wall- or ceiling-mounted using the optional ETMX0 bracket. The enclosure can also be customised in terms of finish and colour to better integrate into its environment.
The MX0 is primarily intended for near-field listening and coverage of small to medium-sized spaces as well as for coverage of larger spaces as part of a distributed system.

Thanks to its reduced form factor and very wide dispersion characteristics (100° above 10KHz) this enclosure enables extended coverage with a minimal amount of loudspeakers. In broadband mode, the MX0 is suitable for vocal reinforcement applications such as conferencing, as well as for background music and in-fill applications (delay, front-fill, side-fill, surround sound/effects etc).
Combined with subwoofers, it provides a powerful yet discreet system for private venues such as hotels, restaurant or home cinemas, or public places including museums, retail outlets, multimedia venues and so on. For low frequency reinforcement, APG recommends the SB112 and SB115-M2 subwoofers.
